You have released the message from the blocked list but it has not been delivered to your Inbox yet? Probably the sending server is being blocked at your email provider's side (Verizon is temporary blocking our server). Unfortunately the issue is out of our control and we cannot deliver the message right away. Our servers will try to deliver the message and it should be in your Inbox anyway. This could take from 30 minutes to couple of hours.
Once the blocked server is unlocked, the message will be delivered. If you think there is still an issue with the message delivery or anything else makes you confused please feel free to contact our support and we will be happy to check specific message for you.
