Why can't Spamdrain connect to my e-mail provider?

First of all, contact your e-mail provider and make sure their servers are working as expected. It could simply be that your provider has a temporary disturbance which prevents anyone, not just Spamdrain, from connecting to their servers.

If there are no disturbances at your provider, it could be that they are blocking our servers. Please ask them to make sure their firewall isn't blocking any of the following IP addresses:

85.25.207.204
85.25.207.221
85.25.207.243
85.25.217.223
85.25.218.200
85.25.237.107
85.25.74.85
188.138.102.7
188.138.41.110
188.138.75.226

If this does not resolve the issue please contact Spamdrain support.

    Gmail will no longer allow Spam Drain access. I need to cancel a couple of the addresses accordingly. How do I do that?

    I have tried all of the suggestions and still cannot get filtering for tclair@thinroute to work HELP!

    program can not connect to mail. No message come to inbox section..

    i deleted program and again installed,

    spoke with hosting company they said this is not because of server

    i need support
