If you only want to pause the filtering, please see this help center article.
Follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription and remove your entire account before the subscription expires/renewed:
- Sign in to the Spamdrain web site: https://spamdrain.com/portal/customer
- Click on Account in the left side menu.
- Under the Danger zone are click the Remove account button and confirm.
You can also remove the account inside the app in the left side menu if you go to Account information => Remove account.
